At Moral Code, we take pride in our craftsmanship and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely happy, we offer free returns and exchanges on all unworn items within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack your items in their original packaging, including the shoebox and all protective materials, to ensure they arrive in pristine condition.
Attach the Label
Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, then affix it to the outside of your package over any old shipping marks.
Drop Off & Refund
Drop your package at any authorized carrier location; once our team inspects the return, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
